PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your products! if you are unsatisfied with a product that you purchased from us, Soigné will gladly refund your product or exchange it for something that’s a better match for you within 30 days of purchase.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

We want you to love your hair! please let us know within 7 days if you would like to make adjustment with a service you received.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Soigné requires 48 hours notice to cancel or change a reservation. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation,, guest will be charged cancellation fee that is equal to the amount of 50% of the service that is missed.

Should a guest decide to have a different service than they were scheduled for upon arrival, they will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service(s).

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

True emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. 

KIDS

Due to safety considerations, limited space and as a courtesy to our clientele, we ask that children do not accompany you to your appointments.
